IGW is independent

Interstellar Gateway, LLC is a privately held Texas company. It has no ownership, sponsorship, employment or contractual relationship with any organisation it films or reports on, and none of them reviews or approves what appears here.

IGW is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting for SpaceX, NASA, Blue Origin, United Launch Alliance, Rocket Lab, the Federal Aviation Administration, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, or any other agency, company or launch provider named on this site. Nothing published here is an official statement from any of them.

When IGW covers an organisation's vehicle, mission or facility, it is reporting on that organisation, not speaking for it. Access to a launch site, a press area or a viewing location is granted at the host's discretion and does not make IGW its representative.

IGW carries no sponsorship and no affiliate links. If that ever changes, the editorial standards page will say so before it appears.

IGW's marks

INTERSTELLAR GATEWAY, IGW and 33LIGHTS, and the IGW logo, are trademarks of Interstellar Gateway, LLC. Applications to register each of them are pending before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. None is yet registered, IGW does not use the ® symbol, and when a registration issues this page will say so.

You may use IGW's name to identify IGW, to link to this site or to credit IGW's work. You may not use IGW's name, logo or marks on a product, service, channel, publication or event in a way that suggests IGW made it, endorsed it or is connected with it, and you may not register or use a company name, handle or domain confusingly similar to IGW's marks.

Other people's marks

SpaceX, Falcon, Starship, Starbase, Dragon, NASA, Blue Origin, New Glenn, United Launch Alliance, Vulcan, Rocket Lab, Electron, Neutron and every other company, vehicle, program and mission name on this site are trademarks or trade names of their respective owners. IGW uses them only to identify the vehicle, mission or organisation it is describing, which is the ordinary descriptive way a news organisation uses a name. Their appearance here does not mean their owners have any relationship with IGW.

NASA photography published on this site is used under NASA's media usage guidelines. NASA does not endorse IGW. The NASA insignia, logotype and seal are protected by federal regulation and appear here only where they are part of a photograph NASA itself published.

Government data shown in IGW's tools, including flight restrictions from the FAA and marine warnings from the NGA, is public information republished by IGW. Its appearance here does not make IGW an agent of either authority, and the authority's own publication is the only version that counts.

Reporting a problem

If you own a mark and believe it is used here in a way that misleads, or if anything on the site implies a relationship that does not exist, say so through the contact page and IGW will look at it promptly. Factual errors and how they were fixed are logged on the corrections page.
