About the app

IGW Accounting Connection supports IGW’s internal bookkeeping. It prepares owner-reviewed expense entries, submits approved entries to QuickBooks Online, and checks the saved results. The integration is restricted to IGW’s owner and expressly authorized company users; it is not a service offered to the public.

The integration is under development. Sandbox connection testing is complete; live QuickBooks access and automated posting have not been enabled. The app does not initiate payments, transfer money or file tax returns.

This public page contains information only. It does not display company financial records or provide access to the private accounting tool.

Connect or reconnect

Authorized operators connect through the private integration and Intuit’s authorization screen, choosing the intended QuickBooks company. There is no public sign-up or connection form on this website. Contact support if you need help connecting or restoring access.

Disconnect

The authorized company administrator can revoke the integration’s access using QuickBooks’ connected-app controls. Disconnecting stops future access; it does not undo saved transactions or erase IGW’s retained bookkeeping records. Contact support for help with retained information.

Privacy notice

This notice covers IGW Accounting Connection and this app-information page. It does not replace the policies for other IGW services or the external shop.

Information we use and why

The authorized workflow uses company identity, account categories, vendor details, relevant transactions and supporting documents for IGW’s own bookkeeping, reconciliation, tax preparation and duplicate prevention. These records can contain names, dates, amounts, descriptions and source references. Support messages contain the contact details and information the sender chooses to provide.

Services involved

Approved entries are sent to Intuit’s QuickBooks Online service. Working documents, approvals, transaction references and verification evidence remain in IGW’s private working files. The owner uses OpenAI Codex to assist with reconciliation and review, subject to the applicable OpenAI account terms and settings. The integration does not train or fine-tune an AI model; AI suggestions do not independently authorize accounting entries.

We use these records for authorized business purposes, not for sale or advertising. Access is limited to authorized operators and the service providers needed for this workflow. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Public website and hosting

No receipts, balances, transaction lists, source documents, account credentials or connection tokens are published on this page or sent to Webflow by the accounting integration. Visiting this page does not connect your QuickBooks account.

Webflow hosts this page and may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details and access time, to deliver and protect the site. The site also loads shared design assets, including Adobe Fonts. Those providers receive ordinary browser requests. This page adds no advertising tracker, accounting-data collection form or file upload. See Webflow’s privacy policy for its hosting practices.

Access, security and retention

QuickBooks access requires authorization through Intuit. Credentials and connection tokens are excluded from public pages and diagnostic logs. Production access will remain disabled until its access and credential-storage controls are ready.

IGW retains bookkeeping and verification records for its business, tax and legal recordkeeping needs. Disconnecting the app does not delete those records or previously saved QuickBooks entries. Retention requests are reviewed against those needs and any applicable requirements.

Terms of use

Authorized internal use

These terms govern use of IGW Accounting Connection, operated by Interstellar Gateway LLC. Only the owner and users expressly authorized by IGW may operate the integration or connect a company. Use must comply with applicable law and the company’s Intuit account terms and permissions. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls or submit information you are not authorized to process.

Review and responsibility

The company is responsible for approving the transactions and accounting treatment to be posted. The integration is intended to submit approved entries, preserve purchase groupings and references, and verify saved results. Unapproved or unresolved items must remain outside the posting set. The tool does not replace the company’s accounting or tax judgment or professional advice.

Availability and interrupted work

The app is under development and depends on the operator’s environment and Intuit’s services. Availability is not guaranteed. An interrupted or uncertain save must be checked against QuickBooks and the posting record before retrying; interruption alone does not mean no transaction was created.

Ending access and changes

IGW may stop using the integration or revoke its QuickBooks access at any time. Disconnecting does not reverse saved entries; corrections require separate review. The privacy notice explains retained records and data requests. Material changes to these terms will be presented to IGW’s owner before taking effect.
